Then I guide you and provide ongoing support in implementing incremental, sustainable changes, which have the potential to radically improve your health and happiness.

  • 50-minute sessions twice monthly and e-mail support

  • Coaching support which will facilitate making the dietary and lifestyle changes you have chosen

  • Healthy, simple & delicious recipes you can prepare yourself

  • Handouts that are simple but informative, and will help you increase your nutrition knowledge
