Hi, I'm Alyce!

I am a nutritionally based health and wellness educator and consultant, and the owner of 3Well Living, a health and wellness website that focuses on ways to Live, Eat and Be Well.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Education, a Yoga instructor certification, and 20 plus years experience teaching; I’m a natural educator.

I am also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I have learned over 100 different dietary theories and more importantly about the critical need for integration of mind, body, and spirit, through lifestyle.
