In Minutes make a delicious, warm and nourishing soup.
Bio green soup, plus extras
Extras: greens (carrot tops, celery with tops, spinach, chopped kale, grated carrots), Proteins (eggs, some cooked meats or fish), Parmesan, and olive oil.
1. On stove top, warm a container of bio soup. This can be a soup pre-homemade that is refrigerated or frozen, or bought from the bio shop.
2. To the soup pot, add in some greens, which have been chopped and or pulsed in a food processor.
3. Next, add in some protein (a raw egg, which will be poached in soup), chicken, fish or other meats on hand.
4. Ladle soup into soup bowl.
5. Add in grated or thinly sliced Parmesan
6. Swirl in Extra Virgin Olive Oil at the end.
7. Eat and enjoy!
