Alyce’s Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

 

Delish Autumn in a Glass

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Fresh pumpkin and or squash flesh, cubed
  • Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Plain, whole milk yogurt, unsweetened
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon,
  • ½ teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 cups plain, unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • Sprinkle of 100% Stevia, as needed
  • Filtered water, as needed

Optional ingredients:

  • * One farm fresh egg
  • * One banana

Directions:

Place pumpkin flesh into carafe of blender with liquids and blend, first on medium, then on high. As consistency becomes smooth, add other ingredients one at a time, stopping to add, or pouring through the top of lid. After 2 minutes, stop to taste and check the consistency. Continue blending if necessary.
